Beer

We are proud of our specialty, the unfiltered draught Sarajevsko (beer), which can be only drank in the HS Pivnica. The unfiltered beer is unique for a small amount of residual yeast which is otherwise used as a remedy for digestive tract, and as a rich source of the B vitamins. This beer has a higher proportion of hops in the form of protein. It is enjoyed by true beer gourmets, and since it does not pass through the filtration phase, it has a stronger beer taste.

It contains about 4,9% alcohol and its extract content is 12%. It is available in 0,5l and 0,33l returnable glass bottles.
